Who we are
Escape Grid is operated by Pankaj Kumar Behera (the "seller", "we", "us"), trading as Escape Grid. By using the game at playescapegrid.com you are entering into an agreement with Pankaj Kumar Behera.
Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to play Escape Grid you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the game. You must be of legal age in your country to make purchases, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details confidential. Keep your account information accurate. Display names that are abusive or impersonate others may be reset.
Fair play and acceptable use
You must not misuse the game: no automated play, modified clients, score manipulation, fraud, spam, infringing others' rights, or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits). Suspicious submissions are flagged and may be removed from leaderboards.
Our intellectual property
Escape Grid — including its software, levels, artwork, sounds, branding and documentation — is owned by Pankaj Kumar Behera and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it.
Purchases and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms together with our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. Coins, gems and cosmetic items are a limited licence to use in-game content; they have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Prices are shown before checkout and may include local taxes.
Subscriptions
Escape Grid Plus renews automatically for the selected period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Manage membership or through Paddle; access continues until the end of the paid period. Switching between monthly and yearly takes effect immediately and is prorated.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or end features, events, and seasons, and we do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. We aim to give notice for significant changes.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations of fair play. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; your data is then removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Warranties and liability
The game is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. Questions: Support.
